What sizes do you offer?

We specialize in plus-size clothing and proudly offer sizes that fit real curves. Each product page includes a size chart to help you find your perfect fit.

Are your clothes ready-made or custom-made?

All our pieces are designed and hand-made by us. They are ready-made in small batches to ensure quality and attention to detail.

What materials do you use?

We use 100% cotton for breathable, all-day comfort. Our fabrics are also non-color bleeding, making them easy to care for and long-lasting.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We’ve made it easy for you to request a return or exchange through your account. Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

  • Click on the Account icon (usually at the top right)
  • Log in using your email and OTP

If you checked out as a guest, login using the same email used during your purchase.

Step 2: Go to Your Order History

  • Once logged in, go to ‘My Orders’
  • Find the order you’d like to return or exchange

Step 3: Request a Return

  • Click on the Return Request or ‘Request Return’ button
  • Select the item(s) you want to return
  • Choose your reason for return
  • Add any notes or photos (optional but helpful)

Step 4: Wait for Approval

  • Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days
  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email

Step 5: Ship It Back

  • Ship the item(s) to the return address provided
  • Use a trackable courier service (e.g. PosLaju, J&T, GDEX)
  • Email your tracking number and order number to: hello@welarge.com

 

Note: Only one return or exchange per order is allowed. Additional requests won’t be processed.

Can I exchange if my size is out of stock?

If your chosen size or style is unavailable, you can exchange it for another product of equal or higher value. For higher-priced items, we’ll send an invoice for the difference before shipping.

How long does shipping take?
  • Orders are processed within 48 hours
  • Shipped out within 3 business days

Do you offer any discounts?
