Refund policy

 

Thank you for choosing WeLarge Couture. By placing an order with us, you agree to our return and refund terms below.


1. Change of Mind?

You can return items if they meet all of the following:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (no deodorant, makeup, etc.).

  • Tags attached, and packaging intact.

  • Not altered (no tailoring or customization).

  • Innerwear & leggings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Return window

  • Local (Malaysia): Within 7 working days of delivery.

  • International: Within 10 working days of delivery.

    Return requests must be submitted and shipped within these periods.

 

Eligible items: Regular-priced only.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for free returns.

 

2. How to Return or Exchange

We’ve made it easy for you to request a return or exchange through your account. Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

  • Click on the Account icon (usually at the top right)
  • Log in using your email and OTP

If you checked out as a guest, login using the same email used during your purchase.


Step 2: Go to Your Order History

  • Once logged in, go to ‘My Orders’
  • Find the order you’d like to return or exchange


Step 3: Request a Return

  • Click on the Return Request or ‘Request Return’ button
  • Select the item(s) you want to return
  • Choose your reason for return
  • Add any notes or photos (optional but helpful)


Step 4: Wait for Approval

  • Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days
  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email


Step 5: Ship It Back

    • Ship the item(s) to the return address provided
    • Use a trackable courier service (e.g. PosLaju, J&T, GDEX)
    • Email your tracking number and order number to: hello@welarge.com

Note: Only one return or exchange per order is allowed. Additional requests won’t be processed.

 

3. Refund Method

  • Approved returns are refunded as a WeLarge Couture's store credit only no cash refunds.

  • Store credit expires 1 year from issue date.

  • Orders paid with store credits are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

  • Purchases using loyalty points will be refunded after deducting the equivalent points value.

 

4. Exchanges

If your selected size or style is out of stock, you may exchange it for another product of equal or higher value. For items of higher value, we will issue an invoice for the price difference, which must be settled before the new order is shipped.

 

5. When Returns Are Rejected

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are:

  • Not in original condition (worn, washed, altered).

  • Missing tags or packaging.

  • Returned past the specified return window.

  • Sent without prior approval.

Rejected returns are shipped back at the customer’s expense.

 

6. Final Sale

All exchanges and refunds are final—no further changes once processed.

 

7. Order Cancellations

  • Request as soon as possible via chat or email.

  • If approved, a store credit will be issued.

 

8. Wear & Tear & Damages

Please inspect items upon receipt and report any issues within 3 business days with evidence (photo/video and delivery note).

We’re not liable for damages or defects caused by:

  • Improper care (harsh washing, dry cleaning, mishandling).

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Natural color fading.
